Bones Bearings Swiss 6-Ball Skate Bearings (8mm, 16-Pack) Review

My son plays roller hockey at a competitive level, and has used swiss bearings from Mission and BSB in the past.I wasn't sure if these Bones Swiss bearings would work in a hockey skate as well as they seem to in skateboards, but I must say they've held up extremely well.

I know they are designed for easy maintenance, cleaning and lubrication, but honestly we haven't performed any maintenance on the bearings in the year he's used them, and they still spin smoothly and quietly, and for a very long time.I can't say the same thing for the other swiss bearings we've used.

I have purchased a second set, and I expect the two sets will last a very long time with occasional maintenance.
