by far these are the most comfy skate shoes i've ever owned. very lightweight and durability isn't the best but it holds up ok. i use them to play basketball also. i'll probably be buying another pair as mine are really worn out. i put a ton of mileage on them though... good shoes.

BlinX Action Sports LED's: Tri-Color Review

These lights are awesome! I got 2 packs so that i can have two for each wheel to be more visible. The lights were even better then i expected they help me be visible from all angles. The only thing i wasn't so happy about was that one of the pieces to turn the light on got jammed about after a week. Besides for that the lights are great!

Bought a helmet & elbow/knee guard set and also got another set with the Spiderman skateboard son got for Xmas.The helmets are OK, but the elbow/knee guards are pretty cheap.He hasn't worn them much, yet the stitching is coming out of the guards and will be unusable before long.They don't stay on well either. Would not purchase again. I'm researching a good quality elbow/knee guard set to purchase for him now. Spend the extra money and get a good set.

Triple Eight Bumsavers Padded Shorts Review

I was tired of falling on my bum and hips, getting bruises and scraps. I'm not 16 anymore and my bones don't like it. So I bought these on a whim thinking I'd look dumb skateboarding around in them but was willing to try. I wear 32" pants and got the large. They fit perfect. To my surprise, you can't even tell you have them on with cargo shorts or loose fit pants. If you skate in tight jeans, or board shorts it might look funny.They don't restrict anything and you can move around freely and basically forget you're even wearing them.After several ridiculous falls at a cement skate park, I realized that these bumsavers are AWESOME. I can skate with more confidence knowing that if I try a trick a little out of my league, the consequences aren't going to be as dire. So I'm learning all sorts of new tricks and I love it.

Rollerblade LUX Plus Wrist Guard - Senior 2010 Review

I'm partially disabled due to nerve damage from carpal tunnel syndrome, & I discovered these wrist guards when I was buying my daughter some rollerblades. Previously I had been using custom wrist supports that I had to go to a hospital to have made, & they break & have to be replaced every few months. These give me the same support, are actually *more* comfortable, & needless to say, far more durable, as they're designed to withstand being repeatedly slammed on the sidewalk. My friend bought a pair of these skates for me her and her little sister. They are not comfortable at all!! My friend and her sister have to wear 2 pairs of socks with there skatings because the bottom of the skates hurts your foot and I can't wear mine at all. They fit good as far as length but they are very narrow and I have had these skates now for 2 years and nothing has changed i go skating twice a week and I have to get the skating rink used skates because mine hurt my feet. I don't skate, I am a snowboarder, but i like the skate shoe. Usually I can get away with wearing shoes for more than a year before they fall apart. These fell apart just after 4 months. They do fit well. After about 3 weeks they will squeak with each step you take, on any surface; concrete, linoleum, grass, even carpet. Too expensive for how quickly they fall apart.

Girls' Sprite Quad Skates - White/ Purple Review

I actually purchased these at a large national sports store and got them for under 20 dollars on sale if you can believe that. What a bargain. Unlike what one of the other reviewers stated, they do come in smaller sizes than 1. She's a size 10, but I purchased a junior 12 (they also had a junior size 13 available) as that was the smallest size they had. They fit slightly big, but not big enough that she cannot use them, and she has room to grow into them. These are super cute and they appear that will stand up to a bit of roughness. I also thought that the wheels seemed to roll a bit slowly, but that may be done intentionally on the manufacturer's part. The velcro strap adds a bit of support around the ankle which is a nice feature. The shoe strings are really long and so I have to tuck them up under the strap as to avoid them getting tangled. Anyway, my daughter just loves them and they make a nice starter pair of roller skates.

Riedell 265 Wicked Womens Derby Roller Skates 2010 Review

This skate is so comfy (not to mention adorable)! I'm using them for derby and it's my 3rd pair and the only one I've really felt was comfortable (Previously I used the Torq and Riedell 122). My feet are wide in the toebox and normally I would need to buy wide skates, but I can use these without ordering expensive custom skates. Anyway, for the price the skate, bearings, and wheels are the best in the range I've found. I was pleasantly surprised that the wheels are now my favorite (I've owned 6 pairs). The only bad thing is I'm skating at an outdoor painted hockey rink with them, so they will probably need to be resurfaced or replaced in a few more months. However, I guess since the wheels were basically free with the package I will just replace them unless I find anything better in the meantime.

Adio Men's Kenny V.2 Skate Shoe Review

These shoes are horrible just for walking around in or skating. the only reson i hav these shoes is I got them from my friend for free and needed skate shoes badly. fisrt of the grip ran out is less than 3 weeks and by the end of the month they had a huge hole is the bottom. the padding on the back ripped in both shoes and this piece of plasic started cutting the back of my ankle. and the toe cap is crap! the only postive thing I can say about these shoes is that they have hidden lace loops. bottom line I would have rather bought payless shoes than these.
